I am still busy with projects and it looks like my workload isn’t really going down anytime soon. Meanwhile, I just want to tip you of the upcoming World Graphic Design day on this April 27. World Graphics Day marks the 44th birthday of Icograda (International Council of Graphic Design Associations) in 1963. It is celebrated by graphic designers, communication designers and design associations around the world.

Just wanted to let you know that the GRAPHEX 2008 Winners Exhibit are taking place at the HSBC Pendulum Gallery downtown from April 1-12. It’s free, check it out! I wasn’t aware of graphex until about a year ago when I started frequenting GDC’s (Society of Graphic Designers of Canada) website. Graphex is a national design competition that takes place every two years and has been celebrating the best of visual communication in Canada since 1977.
